1. How many websites do I need?

   • 1 = Free works
   • 2-5 = Consider Pro
   • 5+ = Business needed

2. Do I need a custom domain?

   • No = Free is fine
   • Yes = Pro or higher

3. How much content do I have?

Upgrading Your Plan

How to Upgrade

1. Go to Settings > Account
2. Click Upgrade Plan
3. Select your new plan
4. Enter payment details
5. Confirm upgrade

What Happens

When you upgrade:

• New features available immediately
• Billing starts from upgrade date
• Existing content preserved
• No downtime

Prorated Billing

If you upgrade mid-cycle:

• Current period credited
• Difference charged
• New billing date set

Downgrading

How to Downgrade

1. Go to Settings > Account
2. Click Change Plan
3. Select lower plan
4. Review limitations
5. Confirm downgrade

What to Consider

Before downgrading:

• Storage - Will you exceed limits?
• Websites - Extra sites may be hidden
• Pages - Extra pages may be hidden
• Domains - Custom domain may disconnect

Content Preservation

When downgrading:

• Content is NOT deleted
• Extra items are hidden/disabled
• Upgrade again to restore access

Billing

Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods:

• Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
• PayPal (select regions)

Managing Billing

View and manage billing:

Cancellation

How to Cancel

1. Go to Settings > Billing
2. Click Cancel Subscription
3. Select reason (optional)
4. Confirm cancellation

After Cancellation

• Access continues until period ends
• Then reverts to Free plan
• Content preserved (within Free limits)
• Can resubscribe anytime

Refunds

Refund policy:

• Cancel within 14 days for full refund
• After 14 days, prorated refund for yearly plans
• Monthly plans: no partial refund

Can I try Pro before buying?

Contact us about a trial period for Pro features.

What happens if I exceed storage?

You'll be notified. Uploads blocked until space freed or upgraded.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes apply immediately.
